Workday Payroll

Job Summary:Client is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Reporting Developer to support enterprise-wide reporting needs across HR, Payroll, and Finance domains within a large healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday reporting, data analysis, and integrations, with experience supporting hospital or healthcare systems preferred. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and DashboardsBuild and optimize Calculated Fields to support complex business requirementsPartner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insightsSupport Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio – as applicable) for reporting and downstream systemsEnsure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with healthcare and internal reporting standardsTroubleshoot reporting issues, performance concerns, and data discrepanciesAssist with Workday enhancements, upgrades, and testing cyclesProvide documentation and knowledge transfer as needed Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experienceStrong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and DashboardsDeep understanding of Workday business objects and calculated fieldsExperience supporting Healthcare / Hospital systems is highly preferredExposure to Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and/or Financials reportingWorking knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio)Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsRegardsDurgadurga@cozentech.com
