SummarySTARMED America is seeking a Head of Operations to elevate our US subsidiary's business operational systems and serve as a vital bridge between the headquarters in Korea and the US office.This role is the hands-on operational lead for the entire US entity — driving administrative efficiency and strategic execution with a strong foundation in Finance and HR.01. Key Responsibilities–    General Operations: Oversee the overall operational processes of the US entity and drive workflow efficiency–    Financial Management & Reporting: Own the financial accuracy and internal controls of the US subsidiary·     Lead monthly closing and HQ financial reporting·     Establish operational KPIs and execute cost optimization initiatives·     Manage and coordinate with external accounting and tax advisors–    HR & Organizational Management: Manage local recruitment, performance management, and organizational cohesion initiatives–    Strategic Decision Support: Support executive decision-making through operational data analysis and regular HQ reporting–    HQ–Subsidiary Collaboration: Translate and implement Korea HQ's management guidelines, optimized for the US local environment02. Qualifications–    Experience: 10+ years of experience in Finance, HR, or Business Management–    Expertise: Proven hands-on leadership capable of overseeing all back-office functions across the organization–    Language Skills: Native-level English proficiency with business-level Korean fluency (Bilingual required)–    Competencies: Strong ability to grasp subtle business nuances across cultures, with strategic thinking and sound judgment03. Preferred Qualifications–    Experience in the Medical Device or Healthcare industry–    Proven track record of building or significantly optimizing operational systems for a global subsidiary–    US CPA or equivalent financial qualification / comparable experience–    Current resident of California (LA area) with an established local professional network04. Employment Details Employment Type Full-Time, Regular Location STARMED America — Los Angeles, CA Compensation Commensurate with experience and qualifications (negotiated individually)
