Overview As Manager, Software Engineering, you lead multiple agile teams delivering scalable digital products, enterprise platforms, and integrations that power Disney Signature Experiences. You’ll partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into secure, reliable tech solutions. You drive modern engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, and AI-assisted development, shaping high-impact guest experiences.
