Roll Off Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class B Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering and servicing roll-off containers for construction, commercial, and residential customers. Drivers are home daily and work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Roll-off experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with strong driving experience and a good work ethic. Responsibilities: Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver and pick up containers Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Secure containers properly before transport Keep equipment clean and in good working condition Requirements: Valid CDL Class B license Minimum 3 years CDL driving experience Clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical Dependable with strong attendance record Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions Good customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous roll-off or waste industry experience Experience operating manual transmissions (if applicable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Hampton, GA 30228 (Required) Work Location: In person
