SOC Analyst

*Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled and motivated *SIEM Support Specialist* to join our cybersecurity operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing log ingestion, improving threat detection capabilities, and supporting a 24x7x365 monitoring environment using Microsoft Sentinel and other leading SIEM tools. This role is critical in ensuring the ongoing security, integrity, and performance of enterprise systems across GCC-H/GCC environments. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage log ingestion pipelines and data normalization across Microsoft Sentinel and other SIEM platforms. * Develop, tune, and maintain threat detection use cases, automated responses, and dashboards. * Conduct periodic architecture reviews, perform gap analysis, and provide recommendations for optimization and cost efficiency. * Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. * Provide continuous 24x7x365 monitoring, threat hunting, and alert response support. * Lead or support incident response activities and document findings in alignment with industry best practices. * Maintain and update security operations documentation, runbooks, and procedures. * Collaborate with security analysts, threat intelligence teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to enhance threat visibility and response capabilities. *Qualifications:* * Minimum *3 years* of experience working in *GCC-H/GCC-compliant* environments. * Proven hands-on experience with *Microsoft Sentinel* and other industry-leading SIEM tools. * Familiarity with security platforms and tools such as *Trellix (formerly McAfee), Tenable, or similar*. * Strong understanding of *security monitoring, log analysis, custom alert creation, and incident triage*. * Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework, SOAR platforms, and threat intelligence feeds is a plus. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. *Education & Certifications:* * *Bachelor’s degree* in *Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science*, or related field. * Preferred certifications: * *Microsoft Certified: Sentinel / Azure Security Engineer* * *GIAC (GCIA, GMON)* * *CompTIA Security+* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $73,687.27 - $88,741.66 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * Are you an US Citizen?
