Medical Sales Associate

Description:The Medical Sales Associate supports the surgical sales team by assisting with client relationships, product support, inventory coordination, and operating room logistics related to surgical equipment and medical devices. This role serves as a key liaison between sales representatives, healthcare providers, hospitals, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and seamless surgical case support.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities:Assist surgical sales representatives with daily account management and customer support activities.Coordinate and prepare surgical equipment, instruments, and product inventory for procedures and demonstrations.Support operating room case coverage by ensuring products and equipment are delivered accurately and on time.Build and maintain professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.Track inventory levels, consignment products, and equipment usage within assigned territories.Help schedule product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and client meetings.Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and case documentation within CRM systems.Provide administrative and logistical support for the sales team, including order processing and follow-up communication.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital protocols, and company policies.Stay informed on surgical product knowledge, competitive products, and industry trends.Qualifications:Prior experience in medical sales, healthcare, customer service, or surgical support is preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in high-pressure clinical environments and adapt quickly.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to lift and transport surgical equipment when necessary.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
