Job Title: Computer Support AssociateLocation: East Moline, IL Duration: 1+ Year Contract 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, flexible start)Work Setup:75% shop floor / 25% desk workMinimal overtimeLocal travel (within 10 miles)Use of Deere Gator (after training)Safety: Metatarsals required Day 1Dress code: Business casualKey Responsibilities:Deploy and replace computersUpgrade Windows 10 → Windows 11Image systems and manage assetsDispose of outdated hardwareUpdate asset records & follow KB articlesTroubleshoot issues using standard proceduresMaintain documentation and communicationRequired Skills:Strong in PowerShell, Python (or scripting)Knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and security basicsFamiliar with Windows, MS Office, and enterprise toolsAbility to follow processes and resolve technical issuesQualifications:1+ year IT experience (or recent graduates welcome)IT degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma acceptable)
