If you thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this opportunity is perfect for you.Compensation:$55,000 annuallyResponsibilities:Manage reception duties and handle incoming calls with professionalismOversee the dissemination and collection of correspondence and documentsPrepare and modify client engagement letters and legal documentsSupport the Firm’s Marketing Director with various promotional and administrative tasksOrganize and coordinate internal meetings, including lunch-and-learn sessionsAssist with travel planning and scheduling arrangementsAct as a liaison for building maintenance and office equipment servicesHandle e-filing and document notarization (training provided to become a notary if not already)Maintain and replenish office supplies and subscriptionsRequirements:1 to 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably within professional services or legal firmsBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or universityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Styles in MS Word or willingness to learnExceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skillsA proactive work ethic and the motivation to produce high-quality support for colleagues and attorneysOur Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
