Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Associate at Sheryl's Candy Apple Creations Dessert Bar, located in Jacksonville, NC. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their orders, preparing and crafting desserts with precision and care, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies, and handling payments. The Associate will also provide outstanding customer service, ensure product quality, and contribute to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the dessert bar. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to engage with customers and ensure a positive experienceBasic knowledge of food handling and preparation, with attention to hygiene and safety standardsAbility to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience with point-of-sale systems and cash handlingCreativity and a passion for desserts or food presentationHigh attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in productsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs)Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
