Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing landscaping team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for clients and vendors — answering phones and emails, coordinating service requests, assisting with job costing, and handling supply orders. This is a key administrative role that helps ensure our field crews are well-supported and our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
Schedule consultations, site visits, and follow-ups
Communicate service updates or delays to clients
Job Costing Support:
Collect material, labor, and equipment data from job sites
Assist in preparing estimates and tracking project costs
Maintain accurate job files and records
Administrative Duties:
Maintain customer records and job information in company software
Support office manager in daily tasks
Process work orders, change orders, and invoices as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or office support (landscaping or construction industry a plus!)
Great phone and email communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
QuickBooks or job management software experience is a bonus
Able to multitask and prioritize in a seasonal, fast-paced environment
