We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as service technicians.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repairs on ice makers, fountain equipment, and frozen carbonated beverage systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment, identifying the root cause of malfunctionsRegular inspections are conducted to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of refrigeration systemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including documentation of parts used and work performedRespond to service calls promptly, provide excellent customer service, and efficiently resolve issuesCollaborate with other technicians and team members to complete larger projects or complex repairsAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with refrigeration systemsQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company van to various job sitesEPA certification and Refrigeration Certification- Ability to maintain, repair, and install various types of refrigeration equipmentProficiency in using tools and equipment common to the trade, such as gauges, meters, torches, and welding equipmentExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately. Previous experience as a refrigeration technician or in a related field, such as appliance repair or mechanical maintenanceStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team membersFlexibility to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settingsAbility to climb up to 24' ladder and conduct roof work as requiredRequirementsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical laborExperience with basic hand tools and/or light installation preferredStrong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
