This role focuses on handling plumbing and HVAC needs across residential properties with flexibility and reliability. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing and HVAC systems Perform installations and preventative maintenance Respond to service requests as needed Ensure quality and safety standards are met Communicate effectively with team and tenants Qualifications: Proven experience in plumbing and/or HVAC Own transportation and tools (required) Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Valid driver’s license Good communication skills (bilingual a plus) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Experience: Maintenance: 3 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Location: Danbury, CT 06810 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Danbury, CT 06810 (Required) Work Location: In person
