We specialize in nationwide maintenance, emergency repair, and replacement services for medical imaging chillers for MRI equipment.Role DescriptionThis is a 90-day contractor to full-time, on-site Staff Accountant role located in Livermore, CA. The Staff Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing accounts payable roll, inventory management, financial statements, reconciling accounts, etc. The role involves assisting with budgeting as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The Staff Accountant will assist with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.QualificationsStrong accounting knowledge, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP principlesTeamwork to execute the monthly and quarterly book close process, ensuring timelines and accuracy are met.Collaborate with service operations team to ensure smooth accounting transactions and provide best support as needed. Take charge of inventory control, monthly inventory reconciliation. Support performs monthly physical inventory counts. Full charge of AP and work with inventory logistic management and procurement PO. work with operation specialist to audit weekly base for quote process to encourage team to follow up the procedures.Oversee and assist AR, Invoice customers, monitor aging reports, and handle collections activitiesBank account reconciliationsProficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, MS Office and Sales Force. Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teamsStrong organizational and planning skills.
