Roadside Assistance Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our team. As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient assistance to stranded motorists, including but not limited to Tire Changes, Battery Jumps and Installs, Fuel Deliveries, and Lockout Services. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance. Assess and diagnose vehicle issues accurately. Perform tire changes, battery jumps, fuel delivery, lockout services, and other minor repairs as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and equipment. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in roadside assistance, automotive repair, or a related field preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Must have a reliable vehicle.
