Role: Java Techno Functional ArchitectLocation: Dublin, OH /OnsiteJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Java Techno-Functional Architect to join our client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Java technologies combined with a robust understanding of functional aspects of software development. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between technology and business needs within the healthcare domain, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the company's strategic goals and supports the delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust Java-based architecture solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in software development and architecture.Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to developers on best practices and coding standards.Analyze and solve complex software problems, providing effective solutions to technical challenges.Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to improve performance and scalability.Develop documentation for architecture decisions, design patterns, and system integrations.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.Required Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in Java technologies.Proven experience in architecting large-scale applications in an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.Preferred Skills:Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.Familiarity with healthcare industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, or DICOM is a plus.Knowledge of database management systems like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
