We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.What You’ll Be Doing Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to support a high standard of cleanliness and a resident‑centered experience. Set up and take down meeting spaces and equipment for resident and public events, including tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment. Operate custodial and floor‑care equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines while cleaning assigned areas. Perform carpet cleaning, floor waxing, window washing, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks as assigned. Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures, respond calmly in emergency situations, and perform other duties as assigned.Sunday - Thursday: 6am - 2:30pmPay: $18.50 to $23.68 / hr DOEAbout You Minimum of one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field preferred. Experience operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures. Ability to read and understand labels and follow instructions.
