Marketing Representative

This position is responsible for calling on, developing, and maintaining relationships with physicians’ and staff, medical clinics, as well as attorney’s offices, while providing exceptional customer service. Calls on existing and potential referral sources to market the company’s services, provide information and to create opportunities for revenue growth. Generates and develops new referral sources to increase revenue by cold calling. Organizes, outlines, and maintains a well-defined marketing cycle, keeping precise and accurate records of activities and referral profiles. Facilitates effective communication with physicians, attorneys, other referral sources, and healthcare staff; responds promptly and appropriately to any concerns. Helps develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans throughout the area and identifies potential new referral sources. Prepares and monitors marketing reports, goals, and outcomes; communicates regularly and effectively with Leadership staff to ensure company goals are understood and met. Successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and sales skills. Should also have strong written and listening skills a professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance and be able to build and maintain relationships with referral sources. Must be self-motivated, with high energy and the ability to manage own time. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Proven medical and/or pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience is preferred. Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License with a clean driving record required. Position is Full-time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm and Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am until 6:00pm. Occasional after-hours events will be required.
