Executive Assistant

The Executive Administrator is the operational engine behind the leadership team at arrivia. As a global leader in travel technology, we move at a high velocity, and this role is designed for a high-energy fixer who thrives on complexity and owns the outcome.You will serve as the primary partner to our CEO and C-Suite, balancing the needs of a hybrid leadership team across multiple locations. You are the person who pushes projects to the finish line, provides proactive communication to remote executives, and ensures that every leader is prepared, punctual, and effective regardless of their geography.What You'll DoCommand the Calendar: Manage high-volume, shifting schedules for the CEO and C-Suite. You prioritize meetings based on strategic value and ensure time is optimized for results.Drive to Completion: Take broad direction and turn it into finished results. You own the "how" and the "when," moving tasks from concept to execution with minimal oversight.Bridge the Global Gap: Act as the essential link for our hybrid leadership team. You provide the extra communication and logistical support required to keep remote and in-office executives fully integrated.Logistics & Travel Mastery: Coordinate end-to-end travel (domestic and international) including flights, accommodations, and "boots on the ground" logistics that account for every contingency.Agile Problem Solving: Step into various functions whenever a gap appears. From corporate event planning to special strategic projects, you are the "go-to" person who gets it done.High-Stakes Communication: Serve as the professional face of the executive office, handling internal and external stakeholders with a blend of polish and assertiveness.Who You AreA Results-Oriented Driver: You follow up until the task is closed.
