This is a rare opportunity to join as Employee #1 on the engineering team and work directly with our co-founders to create impactful solutions from the ground up. You’ll be building real products that directly impact healthcare providers' daily workflows—not maintaining legacy code or working on incremental features. ResponsibilitiesCore Platform Development Unified Interface: Develop a comprehensive web application that centralizes all provider workflows in one intuitive interface. Integrations: Build API integrations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other healthcare tools. Feature Engineering: Create features for onboarding, credentialing, schedule management, and clinical documentation. Data Visualization: Develop revenue analytics dashboards with professional data visualization. Internal Systems: Implement training modules and internal communication systems. Internal Systems & Automation Smart Integrations: Integrate third-party tools and internal backend systems into unified portals. Workflow Automation: Streamline company operations through intelligent automation. AI Implementation: Implement AI agents and tools to increase operational efficiency across the organization. What We're Looking For Required: Demonstrated Ability to Ship: You have a track record of finishing projects (personal projects, open source, hackathons, or professional work all count). Full-Stack Experience: Proficiency with modern web development frameworks and full-stack development. AI-Native Workflow: High proficiency with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar). Ownership Mentality: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points: Experience with API integrations, especially in healthcare or complex regulated industries. Familiarity with authentication systems, HIPAA compliance, or healthcare data standards. Experience building dashboards or data visualization tools. Background in building developer tools or internal systems. Interest in AI/ML applications in production environments.
