Barback – Bond Cocktail Lounge Position Overview Bond Cocktail Lounge is seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to support our bar team in delivering a seamless and high-end cocktail experience. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency behind the bar by ensuring bartenders have everything they need to craft exceptional drinks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn about craft cocktails and bar operations. Key Responsibilities Support Bartenders Ensure bartenders have all necessary ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and supplies. Assist in restocking liquor, beer, wine, and mixers throughout service. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping counters, cleaning spills, and emptying trash. Stock & Inventory Management: Refill ice bins, restock glassware, and replenish bar tools as needed. Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the bar manager. Assist with receiving and organizing bar deliveries. Bar Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Maintain bar equipment, including cleaning and properly storing tools. Assist with end-of-shift cleanup and breakdown. Guest Experience Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests when needed. Support the team in creating a welcoming and upscale atmosphere. Qualifications & Skills: Previous barback or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Physical stamina to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and move quickly. A passion for the bar industry and eagerness to learn about craft cocktails.Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
