Speech Therapist or Clinical Fellow (TSSLD not required)

First Step Therapy OT, SLP and PT., PLLC, is a well-established and growing Private Practice/Center based, interdisciplinary team of SLP’s, OT’s and PT’s is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or a Clinical Fellows (CF) to join our team immediately. Our Clinical Fellowship Program will provide individualized support to help gain experience, independence, and confidence as a new professional. Responsibilities: Provide Adult and Pediatric Speech and Language Therapy. Conduct Diagnostic Evaluations SLP or a CF therapist works together with Occupational and Physical Therapists in a collaborative manner during Diagnostic or Therapeutic Interventions. Support families by suggesting to improve communication skills. Stay current with best practices in speech therapy techniques and interventions. Qualifications and Skills Applicants must have: MA or MS Excellent relationship-building skills Strong problem solving skills and resourcefulness Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of individual care.
