In this role, you’ll support the design and implementation of an effective IT compliance framework, manage access controls, assess risk, and guide teams in upholding compliance across the organization. You’ll also help shape policies, identify gaps, and drive remediation efforts with cross-functional stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain an effective IT compliance programConduct risk assessments on internal processes and systemsLead access recertification and vendor risk assessment processesDraft, manage, and update internal compliance policies and documentationReview vendor documentation for regulatory and security alignmentAnalyze data, identify compliance gaps, and implement remedial actionsPrepare reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries for internal stakeholdersOrganize and contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering PresentationsRequirements:Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT compliance, information security, or a related fieldSecurity certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or Security+ is a plusKnowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance guidelinesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Security, Law, Business, or related discipline)A sharp, analytical thinker with high attention to detailCollaborative, reliable, and able to thrive in a structured environmentComfortable analyzing complex data, identifying risk, and advising on controlsDriven by doing things ethically, legally, and right the first timeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
