Founding PCB Engineer - Phased-Array & AI-Driven Design

SR2 is engineering phased array radar systems for defense platforms. The Role: you own the PCB end-to-end from schematic through production, aiming to get a 24 GHz phased array into a small, cost-efficient form factor manufactured at scale. You will drive soup-to-nuts PCB design, wiring EM simulation, thermal analysis, and layout, and you will build in-house AI tooling to accelerate PCB design. Required: shipped at least one ambitious PCB project on a tight schedule.
