Kepware Developer (KEPServerEX)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Kepware Developer to design, configure, and maintain industrial data connectivity using Kepware KEPServerEX. This role focuses on integrating PLCs, SCADA systems, historians, and enterprise/cloud platforms to ensure reliable data flow between OT and IT environments.Role: Kepware Developer Location: Richmond, VA / Nashville, TN (Onsite) Experience: 3+ Years Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage Kepware channels, devices, and tags Integrate Kepware with PLCs, SCADA systems, and historians Implement and manage OPC UA/DA security and industrial communication protocols Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide support for production systems Maintain documentation, backups, and configuration standards Required Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with Kepware KEPServerEX Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA/DA, EtherNet/IP, etc.) Experience with PLC communication and OT networks Kepware Advanced Certification (Mandatory) Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Kepware Developer Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related field
