We are looking for dependable, safety-minded professionals with experience erecting structural steel, connecting steel, and performing structural stick welding.If you're an experienced ironworker looking for steady work, weekly pay, and long-term opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesInstall structural steel beams, columns, joists, and metal deckingConnect and bolt structural steel using spud wrenches, drift pins, and other ironworker toolsPerform structural stick welding (SMAW) as requiredRead and interpret structural steel drawings and blueprintsWork safely at heights while maintaining 100% fall protectionAssist with rigging, crane picks, signaling, and material placementFollow all company and jobsite safety proceduresMaintain tools and keep work areas clean and organizedQualifications3+ years of structural ironworker experience preferredCommercial or industrial structural steel experience requiredBolt-up and steel connecting experience requiredStructural stick welding experience (7018 preferred)Ability to read structural steel drawingsComfortable working 30–100+ feet in the airExperience operating or working around:Scissor LiftsBoom LiftsForkliftsTele-handlersRigging and crane signalingOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred or must be willing to obtainMust own basic ironworker hand toolsReliable transportationAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screenPay & Benefits$26.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience)Weekly payOvertime opportunitiesLong-term commercial construction projectsOpportunities for career growthWork with a company committed to safety and qualityScheduleFull-timeMonday-FridayOvertime availableWeekend work as neededVarious commercial construction projects throughout Texas.Apply today to join Structured Trades and become part of a team that values hard work, safety, and craftsmanship!Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
