Information Technology Field Technician

OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on IT Field Technician to support day-to-day IT operations across office and field environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and keeping systems running smoothly.What You’ll DoProvide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, connectivity, and peripheral issuesSupport user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioningAssist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, basic switching)Perform break/fix support, upgrades, and equipment deploymentsMaintain accurate ticketing documentation and inventory trackingWork closely with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issuesWhat We’re Looking For2–5+ years of experience in IT support or field technician rolesStrong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshootingExperience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systemsAbility to work onsite 5 days/week in DallasStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyNice to HaveExperience with Mac OS supportFamiliarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, cabling)Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+Why JoinStable, hands-on role with high visibility across the businessOpportunity to grow within IT operations and infrastructureCollaborative team environment
