As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Controller who’s ready to take ownership of our financial operations while supporting key HR functions.The RoleThis is a high-impact, visible role for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, mid-sized business environment. You’ll lead all accounting and financial activities while also supporting core HR processes. You will also directly manage and mentor a small team, helping drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across the department.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage accounting functions while supporting HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day accounting (A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger)Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecastsManage cash flow and provide insight into company performanceMaintain internal controls and work with external CPASupport job costing, inventory, and margin analysisSupervise and develop three direct reports within the accounting/administrative teamProcess payroll and administer employee benefitsAssist with hiring, onboarding, and employee recordsHelp implement and maintain HR policies and complianceWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of accounting/finance experience (controller/comptroller level preferred)Prior experience supervising staff or leading a small teamExperience in manufacturing or printing is a strong plusSolid understanding of financial reporting and job costingWorking knowledge of HR practices and employment regulationsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and dependableComfortable in a hands-on role within a smaller company
