We design and develop market-relevant products across Home, Seasonal, and Furniture categories for major retail channels. We offer a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the next stage of our growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to lead the flow of creative projects from concept through final delivery. This role serves as a key operational partner to the creative and product teams, helping manage packaging, production files, digital assets, and photoshoot coordination while keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables on track. This is an on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure, and can confidently manage multiple moving pieces at once.What You'll DoProject & Workflow ManagementLead end-to-end management of creative projects including packaging, digital assets, and photoshoot deliverables.Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.Create and manage project intake processes, prioritize requests, and track deliverables across teams.Keep multiple projects moving simultaneously while proactively identifying risks, delays, and bottlenecks.Provide clear status updates to internal stakeholders and help keep teams aligned.Packaging Production & File ManagementOversee packaging projects from concept through production readiness.Request and manage dielines, coordinate artwork placement, and ensure files meet production.Review press proofs for color accuracy, materials, and print quality.Support packaging compliance needs, including trilingual copy management and Mexico NOM requirements as needed.Maintain organized file structures, version control, and project archiving.Manage review and approval workflows in PageProof.Creative Asset CoordinationPartner with internal teams to manage digital and web-related creative deliverables.Help coordinate copy, imagery, and final file delivery for marketing and product needs.Support photoshoot planning, scheduling, logistics, and post-production timelines.Coordinate with outside vendors including photographers, freelancers, printers, and agencies as needed.Tools & SystemsWork across tools such as PageProof, Adobe Creative Suite, and other project management platforms.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3-6+ years of project management experience in a creative, design, packaging, or agency environment.Strong understanding of packaging production, print workflows, and file management best practices.Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.Comfort managing detailed projects with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.Experience with using Gemini, ChatGPT, and/or Claude AI toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience with photoshoot coordination and creative asset production.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and proofing tools such as PageProof.Experience in home goods, consumer products, or licensed brand environments.Benefits401(k) with 3% company match.Company-paid health insurance.Company-paid dental insurance.Company-paid vision insurance.Generous Paid time off.Optional work from home WednesdayWhy Join Beaumont DesignsYou'll join a growing 25-person team where your work will have visible impact.
