Signature Collection Quality Control Manager

Role DescriptionShawmut Services is seeking highly motivated candidates for the roles of Quality Control Manager for a petitioning program. Quality Control Managers will provide support to their Regional Field Director (RFD) and manage the intake of petitions throughout the duration of the program.These roles are full-time, salaried positions. Quality Control Managers must be true self-starters, disciplined, and able to maintain a high level of organization. Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by Shawmut.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage the daily intake of petitions Develop and maintain a strict process for documenting, storing petitions and managing a process for timely affidavit corrections. Work with Regional Field Director (RFD) as well as project director(s) to analyze forms and assist in the development of written performance reviews Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership; and, Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills And Abilities RequiredPrior organizing experience preferred (paid, volunteer, or internship) Ability to learn new technology quickly Ability to work long and unusual hours (some weekends and nights, especially leading up to the project deadline Detail oriented and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team Access to a reliable vehicle is preferred All applicants must possess a laptop computer, cell-phone, and reliable vehicle CompensationThe salary range for this position is $72,000 - $78,000 per year.
