Parts Delivery Driver
The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for parts pick-up and delivery of truck/trailer parts for parts and service customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Help pull parts orders for customers as neededDelivery truck parts to customers after verifying the list of parts pulled against the invoiceObtain signature from customer for parts delivered on charged invoicesCollect money for cash invoices and turn into Parts DepartmentPick up parts as needed from vendors and verify that the parts match the packing slipReceive and write up all returns (cores, new parts, warranty parts) that customers have on the return credit memo and take to shipping/receiving for processingPerform a daily check of delivery vehicle (fluids, lights, tires) before leaving for delivery routeCompletely unload their delivery vehicle before leaving for the dayMaintain fuel log and turn in all fuel receiptsObey the posted speed limits and laws when delivering partsKeep delivery vehicle clean and organizedEducation, Skills and Knowledge Required:Valid driver licenseWorking knowledge of Microsoft OutlookAttention to detailAbility to work efficientlyTruck Country / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star is one of the largest Freightliner Western Star dealership groups in the U.S. today, serving customers at locations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
