Security Guard I - Lathrop (Part-Time)

Description & RequirementsCome join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time unarmed Security Guard in our Lathrop, CA warehouse. The unarmed Security Guard will help maintain the safety and security of the In-N-Out Burger facility in Lathrop. General Responsibilities:Maintain the safety and security of the Lathrop facility and groundsUnderstand all aspects of guard monitoring, such as operating the front gates, foot patrols, monitoring the cameras, understanding the alarm system and emergency procedures Serve as a receptionist/greeter in the guard shack for all visitors coming to the facilityScreen and log in all visitors entering and exiting the complexConduct routine surveillance; perform security patrols, protocol and contingency operationsContacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergencyAfter business hours - checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secureInvestigates reports of suspicious activity on the propertyProvide excellent customer service; maintain friendliness and professionalism at all times Possess good judgment to handle day to day operations Perform all duties with pride; Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperationWork Schedule + Benefits:Part-time position, Hourly (non-exempt) Work hours/shifts available are:Sunday & Monday- 10am-7pmTuesday- 5:30am-2pmMust be flexible and willing to cover additional shifts as neededWeekend and holiday availability required Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet InsurancePay Range is $22.27-$24.67 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
