DescriptionShipping & Receiving AssociateWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against documentationInspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptlyAccurately label, store, and organize materials in designated locationsPick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to ordersComplete shipping and receiving paperwork and update inventory systemsOperate material handling equipment as required (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material flowMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety, quality, and company proceduresPerform additional warehouse duties as assignedQualifications:Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferredAbility to read shipping documents, packing lists, and labelsBasic computer and inventory system skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift and move materials as requiredDependable, punctual, and team-oriented
