This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.About the roleWe are looking for a Product Development Engineer (Launch) to drive the design and development of high-speed cable assemblies, ensuring smooth product launch and close collaboration between Design Center and Manufacturing.Key Responsibilities1. New Product Development & LaunchSupport development and industrialization of IO External cable productsReview product concepts with manufacturing team and assess feasibility/capabilityConduct technical analysis (POC, failure analysis) and propose solutionsDrive activities related to FOT, FSV, DVP&R testingPartner with Process Engineering to ensure product quality and design intentAct as the bridge between Design Center and Manufacturing to remove barriers2. Sustaining EngineeringSupport products in mass production and launch phaseInvestigate and resolve customer quality issues to ensure product reliabilityIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and yield improvementImplement product modifications and extensions to expand market opportunitiesCollaborate with local and global suppliers for product development3.
