Job TitleRegional Service ManagerFunctionParts and ServiceReports toDirector of ServiceSupervisesMissionPlans, develops and directs service training and all field service activities to promote and support equipment sales to factory special accounts; i.e., National Users and Government FacilitiesPrinciple ActivitiesFunctions as primary factory service contact for Distributors and Customers in assigned area.Manage individual portion of the RSM budget. Schedule contact with all Distributors in Assigned area.Coordinates field Service Training to insure qualified service.Appoint and Train ICE CARE and Certified servicers.Develop annual Distributor Objectives and measure results, providing monthly status reports.Resolve Distributor and Customer Technical issues effectively and timely.Provides service training for special accounts service personnel.Develops programs to ensure replacement parts are available.Implement programs and procedures to provide product warranty, including Labor Rates for Distributors and ICE CARE servicers.Assist the sales department in coordinating installation and start-up specifications for special market customers.Financial/Risk ControlFulfill the financial control and risk management responsibilities inherent in the position. Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company code of ethics policy at all timesQualificationsRequired Education/ CertificationEPA Refrigerant Usage Certification, Type I & II.Minimum two-year Commercial refrigerationRequired ExperienceMinimum two years experience in Refrigeration service, a minimum of 2 years working with commercial ice machines preferred.Windows based computer skills.Physical RequirementsTravel necessary (60% - 70%).Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week.Good communication and polished presentation skills.Professional Image.
