As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in South Salt Lake.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and helping keep products, materials, and shipments moving accurately and efficiently through the operation.What you will doIn this role, you will support daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities by receiving inbound materials, preparing outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and helping ensure products are handled safely and correctly. You will work closely with internal teams to support order accuracy, material flow, and overall warehouse organization. This is based directly on the current JD's core focus on receiving, shipping, documentation, inventory handling, and safe equipment use.Key responsibilitiesReceive and unload incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersPrepare and package outbound shipments accurately for postal, freight, or commercial carriersSort, count, label, stock, and log incoming and outgoing inventoryInspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptlyMaintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentationAssist with internal delivery of materials and warehouse organizationOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and related tools as authorizedSupport a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environmentWhat we are looking forRequiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environmentBasic math and documentation skillsAbility to lift and move materials up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationPreferredPrior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experienceForklift experience or willingness to become forklift certifiedExperience with shipping documents, bills of lading, or inventory systemsExperience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environmentScheduleThis is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule.Why join Industrial InjectionFamily-owned company with a strong reputationStable full-time scheduleOpportunity to work in a hands-on, team-oriented environmentMeaningful role supporting daily operations and customer fulfillment
