Guest Experience & Events Coordinator
We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven team member to help grow our nightlife, events, guest experience, and social media presence. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys hospitality, nightlife, social media, guest interaction, and creating memorable experiences. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Schedule Tuesday – Thursday 3PM – 9PM Friday 5PM – 12AM Saturday 6PM – 1AM ❌ Sundays & Mondays Off On-Site Position ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Responsibilities • Create and manage Instagram & TikTok content • Promote DJs, nightlife events, holiday specials, and special packages • Create Eventbrite listings and promote events across multiple platforms • Coordinate private parties and guest reservations • Contact parties of 4+ guests to enhance celebrations and upsell experiences • Answer guest inquiries by phone and social media • Encourage guest reviews and customer engagement • Help organize seating arrangements and coordinate with staff for events and large parties • Greet guests and maintain a high-energy hospitality atmosphere • Ensure guests have a memorable experience from arrival to departure ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Bonus Opportunities • Bonuses for private event bookings • Bonuses for Eventbrite ticket sales • Bonuses when sales targets are achieved • Growth opportunities as events and nightlife expand ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ Ideal Candidate • Hospitality or nightlife experience preferred • Comfortable speaking with guests and coordinating events • Social media experience preferred • Organized, outgoing, and guest-focused • Able to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment To apply, send your resume and social media experience.
