Join us and be part of something bigger. We are hiring a Lead Acquisition Marketing Manager to own and scale Lower's third-party lead acquisition programs. This role is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing lead vendors; defining granular buying criteria; allocating and optimizing budgets; and driving continuous performance improvement through rigorous analysis. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of the lead buying channel. Success in this role means building a scalable, disciplined lead acquisition engine that delivers predictable, high-quality volume at efficient unit economics while protecting downstream conversion, credit quality, and customer experience.
