Role : Team member of the Technical Delivery SAP BasisLocation: Austin, TXWork type: (Hybrid) Look for someone in Austin or nearby who can at least work 2-3 days/week from office.Must Have SkillsSkill 1 - Cloud migration experience in SAP BasisSkill 2 - SAP Migration to Azure with DS and BOBJ expertise.Skill 3 - Team member of the Technical Delivery SAP BasisGood To have Skills -Skill 1 - Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of Major IncidentsKey Accountabilities: -8+ Years of ExperienceTeam member of the Technical Delivery SAP BasisProvide Operational Excellence for AMAT-Technical Delivery in the areas SAP Basis, Solution Manager, Monitoring, Portal, DB2 Database, understanding and if required developing Unix-Shell and Scripting and other infrastructure elementsWork with AMAT-Technical Delivery Support Partner, assess operational quality, identify gaps, and manage closure of gaps in SAP Basis area, includingo Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Managemento Work in AMAT SAP Basis team and provide missing technical and operational expertise for Major Incident Management and support AMAT Support Partner to close their knowledge gapso Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidentso Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolutiono Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are availableo Provide capability to perform incident & problem management resolution activities as appropriate in exceptional circumstanceso Provide appropriate assessment of SAP OSS notes with regard to relevance for AMAT Operationso Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where requiredPerform system health audits to validate system status & report to Basis Team LeadPerform effective Weekly Operational Review with Support Partner Basis TeamStrong Familiarity with SAP Hana, SAP SLT, SAP Celonis, SAP Business Transformation Platform and related cloud integration technologiesFamiliarity with cloud integration scenarios (API, Gateway, SSL) and authentication methods (SAML, OAUTH)Must Have:Cloud migration experience in SAP BasisSAP Migration to Azure with DS and BOBJ expertise.
