Business Immigration Supervisor

Soni Resources is currently working with a prestigious Global Law Firm which is seeking a Business Immigration Supervisor to oversee a team of caseworkers supporting employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients. This position combines hands-on case management with team leadership, ensuring high-quality work output, strong client relationships, and consistent adherence to firm standards. The supervisor guides complex case strategy, mentors staff, and collaborates across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Responsibilities:Supervise, mentor, and train junior immigration caseworkers while overseeing daily workflow and performance.Manage complex business immigration cases, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.Serve as a liaison between case teams, leadership, and client stakeholders to support seamless communication.Build and maintain strong client relationships, address escalations, and lead client calls and reporting.Draft, review, and prepare petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for employment-based immigration filings.Monitor case progress, review billing, and ensure compliance with firm policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Paralegal certification preferred.Minimum 7 years of business immigration (paralegal-level) experience, plus supervisory or managerial background.Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes and related procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver strong client service.Proficiency with case management systems, Microsoft Office tools (including Excel), and data/reporting technologies.Compensation: $115,000-120,000
