Funding Advisor – Silicon Valley AI Startup We are a Silicon Valley based AI startup founded by former Apple and Meta engineers, building a next-generation platform for agentic applications already powering real users in live production. This is a product-first company shipping real systems that directly impact user activation, retention, and revenue. Role Overview We are seeking a Funding Advisor to help shape and execute our capital strategy as we scale. This is a high impact advisory role focused on fundraising execution, investor access, and positioning the company for successful growth rounds. What You’ll Do Advise on fundraising strategy, timing, and round structure Refine investor narrative, positioning, and pitch materials Introduce and connect us with relevant VCs, angels, and strategic investors Support founder preparation for investor meetings and negotiations Provide insight on valuation benchmarks, market dynamics, and deal terms Help prioritize and manage investor outreach during fundraising cycles What We’re Looking For Experience in venture capital, startup fundraising, or investing Strong network in Silicon Valley and broader investor ecosystem Proven ability to generate meaningful investor introductions or support capital raises Strong strategic thinking and narrative-building ability Experience in AI, SaaS, or developer/platform startups is a plus Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Compensation Success-based compensation tied directly to capital raised through your involvement (percentage of closed funding), with optional equity participation based on impact and level of contribution. Structure will be aligned transparently before engagement.
