Job DescriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (2 Days/Week) – Harrison, NJSchool Based Therapy Services (SBTS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work 2 days per week in the Harrison Public Schools.You’ll consult with teachers, support staff, and families to oversee and guide student behavior programs, primarily for general/special education and preschool students, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Provide data-driven recommendations and interventionsSupport and train staff in behavior strategiesCommunicate regularly with staff and document student progressRequirements:BCBA certificationSchool-based experience preferredStrong collaboration, communication, and time-management skillsAbout Us:SBTS has partnered with NJ public schools for over 20 years, providing OT, PT, speech, behavioral, and CST services.
