The Assistant Controller will lead a team of three managers, driving clear prioritization, progress monitoring, efficient workflows, and strong team leadership.Required Qualifications:Mandatory 15+ progressive Controller (or Assistant Controller ready for Controller) experience w/Construction industry backgroundStrong understanding of full construction industry revenue recognition process, WIP, percentage of completion calculationsMust have solid work history and excellent communication skillsNeed an “in-the-trenches” and hands-on leader willing to immerse themselves in the businessDegree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plusWilling to relocate the right Construction industry individual.
