Floor Manager/AGM PositionLooking for a Floor Manager/AGM with 2 years of experience. The Floor Manager delegates assignments, fills in for absent employees, and ensures customers have a pleasant experience. The main daily task is to control the floor, train and assure that servers and bartenders are adhering to our strict steps of service.Job Duties:Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operationsEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist team in the direction and supervision of food servers, bus-persons, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and PayrollIncentivize team members to maximize sales and revenueCarry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibilityEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvementEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generatedBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsFill out Fire Safety LogBenefits:Clear path to advancement opportunities.
