This role involves design and implementation of security solutions, as well as developing and managing DMZ designs, IPSec configurations, and Nexus vPC architecture.What You'll DoDesign and implement security solutions using protocols such as BGP, VxLAN, SD-WAN, SDN, EVPN, IS-IS, MPLS, LDP, and Segment RoutingDevelop and manage DMZ designs, IPSec configurations, and Nexus vPC architectureApply MacSEC technology to enhance data securityMonitor and optimize QoS traffic shapingWork with Cisco Nexus hardware to ensure network reliabilityCollaborate on projects involving Wireless LAN Controllers, Arista Velo Cloud, Arista Cloud Vision, and RADIUS (as needed)What You'll NeedRequired:Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus hardwareProficiency in protocols including BGP, VxLAN, SD-WAN, SDN, EVPN, IS-IS, MPLS, LDP, and Segment RoutingHands-on experience with DMZ design, IPSec, Nexus vPC architecture, and MacSEC technologyKnowledge of QoS traffic shaping principlesPreferred:Familiarity with Wireless LAN Controllers, Arista Velo Cloud, Arista Cloud Vision, and RADIUSPhysical DemandsSedentary work requiring prolonged periods of sittingAbility to use a computer for extended periods, including repetitive typing, clicking, and viewing a screen
