Job Title Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Maintain feedback loop for Healthcares inner and external programs. Ensure feedback forms are completed post-project by both parties.Manage various delivery teams JobBook & NextWorkBench activities to ensure timely inclusion of financials and required documents.Provide back-up support as needed for various administrative and office rolesManages required training records, compliance requirements, basic background checks, and privacy policies (EphMRA, BHBIA, and client training tracking)Oversee various audit-based requirements for clients as neededManage the secure drive network to ensure compliance and minimize risk of client IPManage training-related administrative tasks such as calendar invitations and post-training feedback surveysRequired Skills:High School Diploma or higherProven experience managing / prioritizing multiple accountabilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with high levels of detail and demandCustomer service orientation: proven experience managing relationships to identify needs, understanding and/or translating needs into actionGeneral numeric aptitude/ financial skillsDetail Orientation: ability to balance a multitude of logistical requirements, key milestones and execution/coordination of tasksStrong oral/written communication skills: able to understand/interpret, clarify and confirm others communications/ requests; must be conciseProficient in MS OfficeCoordinating and tracking projectsUtilizing web-based software preferredExcellent time management, focused and efficientAbility to juggle several projects simultaneously, while prioritizing deadlinesComfortable working across departments and teamIf you dont meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
