This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and able to support both customer needs and team workflows in a fast-paced insurance office.Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in a professional and friendly mannerAssist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changesProcess policy endorsements, payments, and other administrative tasksFollow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issuesGenerate referrals and support the sales team with leadsMaintain accurate customer records in the agency management systemParticipate in community events and agency marketing initiativesQualifications Previous customer service experience required; insurance industry experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficient with computers and willing to learn new softwareProperty & Casualty license required or willingness to obtainCompensation $45,000 - $65,000 Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
