Duties Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment Follow detailed instructions to ensure products meet quality standards, including FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure a safe working environment Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and documentation of packaged goods Support assembly processes as needed, ensuring all items are correctly prepared for packaging Experience Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing background preferred Familiarity with packaging processes and assembly operations is advantageous Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools is beneficial Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and FDA regulations is desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Ability to lift 40 pounds Bending/Stooping, use of hands Ability to read and write English Work Environment Manufacturing environment. Standing for long periods of time. Job responsibilities can require working variable hours and some weekends, overtime required. Ability to perform in a fast paced operation that can run 24/7. May be required to work in other departments.
