No back-and-forth with clients. *Partner Requirements:* To maintain the quality of our professional network, all partners must meet the following: * *Certification/Licensing:* Must be a licensed home inspector (per state requirements) or hold an active certification from ASHI or InterNACHI. * *Insurance:* Must carry *General Liability insurance* (Professional/Personal Liability alone is not accepted). * *Business Setup:* Must operate as a business owner or sole proprietor (1099). * *Tools:* Must have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone capable of running the Inspectify app. _Not licensed yet?
