ESL/ELL Teacher
*To provide English Language development instruction in listening, speaking, reading, andwriting that appropriately aligns with students' needs, WIDA standards, and Massachusetts grade level standards* To continually assess students' English Language Proficiency in order to drive studentfocused instruction* To maintain data from a variety of sources on individual students' English Language Proficiency,demographic information, and academic progressTo monitor English Learner student progress in all settingsTo administer ACCESS assessments and analyze students' progressTo review student records and educational histories in order to develop and maintain ELL Student profilesand goals for obtaining English Language and Academic ProficienciesTo communicate with parents and guardians and staff about student placement and progressTo provide outreach and work closely with families of ELLsTo attend and participate in school meetings involving English LearnersTo regularly collaborate with content teachers and begin implementing co-teaching models and strategiesTo participate in ELL Department Professional Development and faculty meetings
