Bath Experts | Exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel DealerCompensation: Hourly Base + CommissionLocation: HybridEmployment Type: Part-Time, 20 hours/week. 8am - 12pm or 2pm - 6 pm shifts, Monday-FridayAbout the Customer Engagement Specialist:Bath Experts is seeking a motivated, Customer Engagement Specialist to support our sales organization through thoughtful follow-up and customer re-engagement. In this role, you will reconnect with warm customers who previously had an in-home consultation but did not move forward, reviewing prior sales activity to understand their needs and objections. You'll provide consultative support, nurture relationships, and help move opportunities forward through meaningful follow-up and coordination.This is a part-time role designed to support conversion efforts.What You'll Do:Re-engage warm customer leads (Demo - No Sale) to coordinate and schedule follow-up appointmentsManage volume rehash and retention efforts by reviving and saving cancelled contractsReview sales recordings, notes, and photos to understand prior appointments and identify rehash opportunitiesContact customers via phone and email to understand objections and reasons for not moving forwardProvide consultative sales support by reviewing options and guiding next actionsAccurately document activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRMMaintain professionalism and brand standards in all customer interactionsThrough our sales training program, you will learn the techniques to:Deliver effective sales presentations over the phone Overcome objections and reengage with customersUtilize CRM tools and sales technology to manage and track sales activityWhat We're Looking For:High inside sales IQ with the ability to work warm, rehash-style opportunitiesPrior phone sales, inside sales, customer service experience preferredStrong customer service and consultative selling skills with proven objection-handling abilityOrganized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedStrong analytical skills to assess opportunities and tailor solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a part-time, production-focused roleWhy Rehash Sales?
